چکیده

phatic system which usually occurs in the skin and subcutaneous region of the head and axilla. However, a small portion of cystic lymphangiomas have been reported in various regions of the abdomen including the stomach, jejunum, colon, pancreas, and the mesentery (1-3). Among them, cystic lymphangiomas of the stomach are considered very rare. In effect, fewer than 50 cases have been reported in the English literature (4). The majority of these reports were related with endoscopic and surgical findings (1-4). To our knowledge, no report describes the findings of cystic lymphangioma of the stomach demonstrated by multidetector-row computed tomography (MDCT) using multiplanar reformation. Here, we report the MDCT findings of a patient diagnosed with cystic lymphangioma of the stomach. Case Report

A Huge Lymphangioma Mimicking Pleural Effusion with Extension to Both Chest Cavities: A Case Report and Review of Literature

Mediastinal lymphangioma is primarily a benign lesion and the majority of the cases are found incidentally. These lesions account for approximately 1% of all mediastinal tumors. Here we present a giant mediastinal cystic mass in a 35-year-old female who was presented with severe respiratory distress. On the plain chest radiography and CT scan, a massive left pleural effusion with large paraster...

Herein, we report the case of a three-month-old male infant, diagnosed with a large cystic mass in the abdominal cavity and groin. An unusual mixed tumor of the pancreas: sonographic and MDCT features.

CONTEXT Mixed tumors of the pancreas are exceedingly rare. CASE REPORT We herein report on a 54-year-old female who presented with an enlarging cystic lesion in the head of the pancreas. Usefulness of 320-Row Area Detector Computed Tomography for the Diagnosis of Cystic Falx Meningioma

We present a case of cystic falx meningioma. Cystic meningioma is rare and not easy to diagnose preoperatively; it is often misdiagnosed as other tumors, including glial or metastatic tumors with cystic or necrotic changes. This study showed the potential impact of 320-row computed tomography (CT) on image-based diagnostic evaluation of cystic meningioma with special attention to the novel tech...
